ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This is a well-established, reputable construction company well known and respected for delivering bespoke high-end projects across Sydney. This firm specialises in Commercial Fit Out projects valued from $5M up to $10M. Having secured a strong pipeline of exciting projects, this company is seeking to employ a driven Contracts Administrator to help oversee the delivery of current and upcoming projects from start to finish in their Sydney division.ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Contracts Administrator, you will report to the Project Manager. You will work collaboratively with the site, design, and project team to deliver multiple projects across NSW, right from the design stages through to completion. These projects range up to $10M. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard.DUTIES.
  • Handle all contractual variations or issues with diligence
  • Maintain project documents and assets
  • Monitor/track financial status
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and forecast financial goals
  • Prepare the documentation required for the procurement of subcontractors including tenders, pricing and the scope of work tender
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
  • Solid local experience working as a Contracts Administrator on commercial building projects
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
  • Commercial fit out and refurbishment experience is highly desirable
