Your responsibilities include menu development, managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and budget control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment, and working closely with the management team to drive the pub's success.Your Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team
Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities coupled with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards and the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability
