Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety, and environmental performance.About the Role:WorkPac is currently in search of a Business Readiness Specialist to join our esteemed client's team, based in Perth (with regular adhoc travel). This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for 12 months with potential to extend.Duties and Responsibilities:Understand and promote Foundry platform and toolsDevelop detailed rollout plans for end-usersPlan communications to drive engagement and adoptionCreate communication and training materials as neededProvide training and support to end-usersBuild dashboards to monitor adoption and valueTrack adoption metrics and adjust approachGuide business through process changes for technology solutionsSecure endorsement from leaders for plans and changesDocument improvement opportunities and feature requestsPrioritize feature requests based on business value.Skills and Experience:Strong understanding of business processes and ability to document themChange Manager Experience (favoured)Experience contributing to statements of work and scoping projectsAbility to analyze data and build/modify low-code/no-code pipelines, reports, dashboards, and front-endsExperience with technology/software/data product implementationMining or rail industry experience (favoured)Technical proficiencyWillingness to learn a new platformWillingness to help others in the team be successfulComfortable working to weekly objectives and task allocationAbout WorkPacWorkPac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
