We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team! This is an on-site role 5 days per week based at Warner Bros. Movie World.You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for multiple streams of roles across VRTP Theme Park properties including attraction, sourcing and onboarding of candidates.This is a unique opportunity for a recruiter who likes a fast paced, dynamic and fun environment, focused on creating joy and memories that last lifetimes!Your day to day:
- Manage and coordinate the recruitment across the Theme Parks, ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner
- Work with relevant department representative(s) to write creative and targeted job advertisements
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Assist and support the pre employment process per the Recruitment policy
- Manage the successful applicant offer process by updating the recruitment database, forwarding commencement information via email and preparing contracts.
- Previous experience in Recruitment
- Proven experience with high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Professional and friendly disposition with self organisation, problem solving & time management skills
- Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality with a proven ability to work with business stakeholders
- Proven knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (PageUp preferred)
