o Assist REX Group engineering management in:
- the Engineering Operations Process and Product enhancement and improvement
- the design, review and improvement of KPIs including close tracking and analysis of them
- discrepancy investigations and responses
- undertaking engineering projects
- performing reliability assessments of aircraft and aircraft components
o Manage and plan engine MRO repair cycles
o Build engine repair cost modelling
o Manage related freight movements
o Travel frequently to Engine MRO facility in Indonesia for up to a month on site.
o Draft engine through life support reviews.
o Draft Regulatory completion position papers and NPRM responses.
o Prepare and present briefs at board level on engine asset management performance and budgets.
o Other duties as assignedKey Selection Criteria:
o Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
o Extensive software knowledge specific to document development and management
o Experience in developing and reviewing technical documentation
o Experience working in Aviation industry an advantage
o Frequent travel required to other ports nationally and internationally
o Proven ability to work in a team environment, but also have an ability to work unsupervised
o A demonstrated ability to manage engineering projects
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Proficient in Microsoft suiteConditions:
