We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.In this role you'll be responsible for:Coordination of weekly and monthly reporting of project financial performance including cost to date forecast, cost to complete forecast, revenue and forecast marginPreparation and ongoing maintenance of program resource and plant costing rates and fixed-asset registerManage compliance with Head Contract financial accounting processes and proceduresLead project and program financial auditing with internal stakeholders, client and external auditors and implement actions arising from audit findings.Liaise with Project Managers & Contract Administrators regarding head contract and subcontractor claims management and establishment of accounts with suppliers.Preparation, reconciliation and maintenance of financial processes and reporting including but not limited to balance sheets, P&L, accounts payable and receivable.How you'll connect to the role:Tertiary qualification in Engineering/Accounting or similar and a minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting / contract administrationAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office and experience with JDE software (advantageous), but not essentialExperience in ensuring costs control is managed to meet client & internal requirementsAbility to maintain ongoing review of the project status & advise where corrective actions are requiredDemonstrable experience in developing and maintaining interactions and relationships with internal and external key stakeholdersHave a high level of personal motivation and commercial acumenAlignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & LeadershipAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
