As a Charter Sales and Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of private charters and special events onboard The Jackson, Captain Cook Cruises, and the Starship vessels. Reporting to the Charter Sales Manager and the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will contribute to revenue generation, event administration, high-quality customer service, and adherence to operational standards.About the Role - Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities for this role:
  • Drive revenue by effectively handling charter and event inquiries from initiation to completion.
  • Showcase your proven sales experience to exceed targets and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Uphold a positive service culture, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ensure high operational standards through efficient organisational and time management skills.
What you will bring to the Role - Skills and ExperienceTo be considered for this role:
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and adherence to corporate uniform standards.
