- Manages assigned programs, to include: exercise planning, cost management, resource allocation, preparation of equipment, deployment of assets to training areas. Ensures programs are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensures any exercise risks are appropriately managed
- Maintains records in line with documentation control methods
- Mentors, trains, and develops staff to ensure high performance. Ensures team has all necessary skills to provide a high level of service
- Provides technical leadership to the team as well as being an on-site presence for the team
- Provides exercise reporting for senior management
- Manages any third-party contractors as required
- Comply with Cubic’s Quality Management System
- Comply with Cubic Occupational Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures
- Comply with security in accordance with established policies and procedures of the organisations
- Comply with Cubic Human Resources Procedures
- Other duties as requested
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment or RPL equivalency
- 7 years military experience
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Ability to work as part of a team and to manage a team to ensure high performance
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Have the flexibility to travel when required as this role will require periods of travel and extended hours
