This role is based in the office located in Ormeau.This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company. This is the perfect opportunity to learn from the ground up and create a solid foundation in your sales career with Stratco!As a Trade Account Manager, your focus will be to support our Trade Reps in the backend from the office.RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing & sending customer quotations
Assist customers and Trade Reps in arranging orders and ensuring they are processed within the cut off times
Coordinating order entry with the internal sales & patio estimating teams
Ensure all account administration is maintained and kept up to date
Ensure monthly budget targets are met
Proactively anticipate and resolve customer queries
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Liaise with manufacturing and despatch teams
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

Desirable – experience in business to business & business to consumer sales
Desirable – experience working in building or manufacturing industry
Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
Reliable, highly organised, autonomous & able to multitask
Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
