- Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing accounts, focusing on capital equipment.
- Identify potential new clients and manage key accounts, comprising 70% of the role.
- Deliver compelling presentations and independently drive revenue growth.
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge, prepare detailed proposals/quotes, and manage contract negotiations.
- Implement a territory plan and manage a sales pipeline, accurately tracking and forecasting new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and cover any knowledge gaps in compressors, pneumatics, hydraulics, blowers, vacuum equipment, and pumps.
- Proven sales background in B2B environments, particularly in selling capital equipment.
- Experience in EPCs, mining, manufacturing, or process industries is highly advantageous.
- Technical skills in compressors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and related equipment are desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.
- Polished and articulate, capable of delivering high-impact client communications.
