OnsitePurpose of Role: As the Service Centre Administrator, you will provide support to the Service Centre Manager and branch by undertaking a number of administration duties.This will include but not limited to coordinating services projects for the workshop and field, creating and managing job files, accurate preparation of highly quality quotations/estimations and maintenance of the SAP database.Why choose Weir:

- Maintain SAP database, including reporting and job management
- Daily contractor management, site inductions, compliance checks and contractor management system maintenance
- Liaising with members of the service team, customers and internal sales team to identify customer requirements
- Carrying out purchase order requests and obtaining external quotations from suppliers in a timely manner
- Creation and planning of service orders from start to completion including the monitoring of inventory movements as required with strong consideration of customers and on time delivery
- Accurately managing service job invoicing duties including the maintenance of order books
- Ability to coordinate and develop key external stakeholder relationships for the purpose of accurately managing job orders
- Preparation of accurate, efficient and high quality estimating and quotations in addition to achieve business objectives
- Weekly payroll management and additional duties as required
- Experience in an administration role in heavy industry, mining and/or engineering is highly regarded
- Qualification in business or administration highly regarded
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communications skills and organisational skills
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP
