- Formulating, sustaining, and monitoring budgets and forecasts for various projects.
- Managing client invoicing procedures effectively.
- Overseeing the management of subcontractor claims.
- Facilitating procurement activities efficiently.
- Generating internal reports to facilitate analysis and decision-making processes.
- Conducting comprehensive cost estimations for diverse projects.
- Contributing to project tender processes.
- Managing variations and alterations in project scope adeptly.
- Spearheading the creation and administration of project schedules across multiple projects.
- Preparing detailed progress and cost reports for client review.
- Providing versatile support in general project-related tasks.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Controls and Cost Control roles (prior experience in Maintenance & Construction sectors is advantageous).
- Proficiency in utilizing the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing project controls tools and methodologies such as Earned Value and Project Controls software (e.g., MS Project).
- Hands-on experience with cost management systems.
- Strong emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to grasp technical information and effectively communicate progress to both technical and management-level personnel.
- Prior exposure to Schedule of Rates/Cost Plus Projects.
- Proven track record of excellent time management skills and meeting tight deadlines effectively.
