We bring our purpose to life via three shared values: We walk the talk, turn over every stone and keep it human.Job DescriptionThis opportunity sits within the Digital Audio pillar of Nine, where the focus is driving advertising effectiveness for brands across the suite of Nine audio streaming and podcasting assets. As this is a new role within the digital Campaign Operations Team, you will work closely with the Audio Team Lead to ensure delivery of all digital audio bookings, in addition to contributing to revenue growth for the business.At the core, you will manage end-to-end digital audio ad campaigns, handling tasks like booking approvals, performance monitoring, budget delivery optimization, and troubleshooting. Your success will hinge on fostering strong relationships with sales teams and ensuring the highest level of client service.Day to day you will:
  • Collectively prioritise campaign launches across your list of dedicated sales teams, ensuring a smooth go live process that is in-line with our Service Level Agreements
  • Implement optimisation tactics as required throughout the lifetime of the campaigns to maximise delivery and revenue
  • Make calculated decisions in adjusting inventory and data mixology to achieve campaign objectives and maximise revenue
  • Run 'In Progress' meetings with the Sales team, proactively guiding go-live schedules, campaign prioritisation, monitoring of campaign performance and assessment if they are pacing to hit their delivery goals
  • Provide end of campaign reporting insights, data analysis and recommendations to promote revenue growth
QualificationsCandidates who have succeeded in this role typically have strong customer service skills, can effectively multitask, prioritise, and have built their technical skills in the digital space.This is not a marketing position.What we would like to see on your resume:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the digital media industry
  • Strong understanding of campaign delivery technologies, tools, and platforms, such as Google Ad Manager and Triton
  • Advanced dexterity with GSuite and Microsoft suite products with expert Excel skills
  • Curiosity about digital audio media technology
