This is a full time role based in Sydney, Australia - Hybrid.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Highly motivated and results-driven banking professional with a strong background in process improvement seeking a challenging role in a dynamic banking environment. Proven track record of implementing and managing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead process improvement projects to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Conducted thorough analysis of existing processes, identified inefficiencies, and proposed solutions to optimize workflows.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Developed and maintained process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of process improvements.
  • Provided training and support to employees on new processes and tools to ensure successful implementation.
  • Analyzed and documented existing banking processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implemented process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall operational performance.
  • Collaborated with IT teams to automate manual processes and streamline workflows.
Provided support to front-line staff on process-related issues and troubleshooting.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Effective communication and collaboration
  • Bachelor degree and/or relevant experience
