They are a venture backed company with global ambition. There farming robots are already being used by many customers and they are going through a phase of explosive growth.Role & Responsibilities
Helping achieve top line manufacturing targets (e.g. time, quality and budget)
Create a budget for manufacturing facility following LEAN manufacturing methodology
Choose facility and hire a team to meet these manufacturing targets
Experience Required
Experience working as a manufacturing manager (or similar role) within a manufacturing facility
Experience or good understanding of LEAN manufacturing methodology
Mentorship experience with junior members
