• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the company's operations
• Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including supplier contracts, NDAs, and licensing agreements
• Collaborate with internal departments to address legal issues and provide guidance on compliance matters
• Assist in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including industry-specific regulations and corporate governance requirements
• Assist in managing property sale files, including monitoring, and responding to correspondence and preparing documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and payment of invoices
• Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to the company's business activities
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

• Previous experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant, such as a law firm, in-house legal department or corporate setting (3 years minimum)
• Studying Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, contracts, and regulatory compliance (Essential)
• High level of proficiency in legal research tools, such as Lexis Nexis, and Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint (Essential)
