- Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with Ogury's overall marketing and sales objectives
- Leverage market insights to identify campaigns to resonate with key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with revenue targets, providing them with the tools and resources needed for success
- Partner with Product Marketing and Communications to translate product positioning and messaging into impactful field marketing campaigns
- Implement brand-building initiatives across the region, ensuring a consistent brand message that resonates with target audiences
- Leverage a mix of online and offline channels, including webinars, workshops, industry events, and digital advertising, to maximize brand exposure
- Identify and nurture customer advocates, leveraging their stories and successes to drive case studies, testimonials, and referrals
- Organize and host customer events, roundtables, and forums to foster deeper relationships and gather valuable feedback for product development
- Establish and monitor KPIs for field marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI
- Optimize processes and workflows to ensure efficient execution of marketing activities, including budget allocation, event logistics, and content creation
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for thought leadership and market differentiation
- Perform competitive analysis to understand market positioning and inform marketing strategies that highlight our unique value proposition
- Extensive experience within marketing roles
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Directly manage a team providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to drive successful field marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Experience in storytelling: drafting content that has impact
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems, to track and measure campaign performance
- Experience in scaling marketing efforts in high-growth environment, demonstrating adaptability and agility in a rapidly changing landscape
- Eagerness to contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Experience within Adtech is preferred
