They offer a state-of-the -art facility to provide the best service is always received by their customers.Due to growing demand our client is seeking Diesel - Mechanic Technicians to join there hard working and dedicated team. As a Diesel Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for all aspects of mechanical repair.Your role would include and not be limited to the following duties:

Diagnosing, repairing, fitting and overhauling diesel engines and plant equipment.
Maintaining, diagnosing, repairing and fitting hydraulic components of diesel–powered attachments such as pumps and injectors.
Dismantling, repairing and reassembling engines, transmissions, steering columns and other components.
Using oxy, electric, TIG and MIG welding techniques to fit, replace, assemble and repair metal parts including fabrication of parts, machinery and other equipment.
Diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicle fuel injections systems.
Testing repaired parts for proper performance.
Testing and repairing basic electrical circuits.
Using computers and specialised tools to diagnose and repair faults.
Inspecting vehicles and machinery for faults.
Following workplace Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) protocols.

To be considered for this role you must have the following attributes:

Relevant qualifications (at least Cert III) in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent, or a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
Trained and have experience in Diesel Fuel injection repairs
Experience to disassemble, clean and inspect pumps and injectors
Repair, service and calibrate components.
Diagnostic Skills
Able to demonstrate efficient work practices.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Hydraulics/ Pneumatic experience will be highly regarded
