  • Research leads from ICCA and create bid documents for each lead as assigned by Sales Manager & Assistant Director of Sales.
  • Assist Sales Manager & Assistant Director of Sales to create event proposals, sponsorship proposal letters, and post-event reports when required.
  • Conduct site inspections to introduce the facilities to prospective clients and event organizers in the absence of Sales Manager & Assistant Director of Sales, noting client inquiries and communicating to the Sales department for follow-up.
  • Compose and issue BEO, General Information for events, and groups as assigned by Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as catering, AV, and operations to ensure seamless event execution, assisting with event planning and coordination as required.
  • Compose weekly meeting reports and assist in monthly P&L report.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and network with industry professionals to build business relationships.
  • Under the supervision of Sales Manager, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and industry influencers.
  • Take detailed minutes during client meetings, prepare presentations, and compile reports when needed.
  • Follow up with concerned departments to ensure effective and efficient event planning and preparation.
  • May be required to work long hours and during weekends.

Yêu cầu công việc
  • Professional customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CheckSCM.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Organization Skills: Ability to stay focused, self-organized, prioritize work tasks, and follow up with concerned departments to ensure effective event planning.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to think creatively and act quickly to resolve issues under pressure and time constraints.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications; or relared field.
  • Preferred knowledge of the hospitality/event industry.
