Position: Experienced Solution Architect - SalesforceLocation: SydneyType: 12-month Contract (rolling)Eligibility: Australian CitizenAre you a seasoned Solution Architect with a proven track record in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Siebel? We seek a dynamic professional to join our team, bringing a wealth of experience to shape the technological landscape, particularly in hyperscale environments.Key Responsibilities:As a Solution Architect at our organisation, you will be entrusted with a range of tasks, including but not limited to:- CRM Expertise in Hyperscale Environments:- Leverage your CRM experience in Salesforce to design and deliver robust architecture solutions, particularly in hyperscale environments.- Operational Impact Assessment:- Assess the impact of operational changes on system architecture and implement effective design solutions.- Non-functional Requirements:- Define non-functional requirements, including security, capacity, and performance considerations, focusing on hyperscale environments.- Collaborative Solutions:- Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.- Engineering Solutions in Hyperscale Context:- Understand business requirements and develop complex engineering solutions across various technologies (on-premises and Cloud), emphasising hyperscale environments.- Scoping and Costing:- Assess immediate requirements, deliver initial scoping, and cost artefacts for further discussions.- Solution Vision:- Create a solution vision, working with stakeholders to gather needs and requirements.- Solution Development:- Develop solution intent, capturing and documenting fixed and variable solution-level behaviours.- Stakeholder Engagement:- Present and build support for proposed solutions with business and senior IT stakeholders.- Collaborative Design:- Work with other architects to develop a top-down services functional view for an integrated solution in hyper-scale environments.- Solution Realisation in Hyperscale Context:- Work with project teams to develop solution designs and realise solution architecture into delivery solutions, focusing on hyperscale requirements.- Collaboration with Dev/Ops:- Collaborate with dev/ops and core infrastructure services teams to ensure successful delivery in hyperscale environments.- Documentation and Presentation:- Develop solution architecture, solution design, and other artefacts, presenting them in appropriate architecture forums.- Leadership and Roadmap:- Lead discussions with Business and Technology stakeholders to develop and communicate the Solution Vision and Roadmap.- Supplier Interaction:- Interact with suppliers to ensure understanding of requirements on their delivered capabilities.Experience:- Must have proven experience as a Solution Architect in either Salesforce or Siebel.- Experience in both disciplines will be considered highly desirable, especially in hyperscale environments.If you are ready to bring your CRM expertise to a dynamic hyperscale environment where innovation and technology excellence thrive, we invite you to apply.
