From design through to manufacture and storage, we manage swag for busy people who just don't have the time - or space - to do it themselves. We understand how important it is to build connections with people, customers and prospective clients, so our mission is to make it as easy as possible to do that, through the power of high-quality, personalised swag.What's the role?The role of Designer will see you working closely with existing and new customers, to help them bring their Swag project ideas to life - anything from mocking up new designs for our customers, to creating new logos/designs and imagery for those who want inspiration and ideas for how their Swag could look.The role will also see you work closely with the internal team at Swag N Send, to design a fun and beautiful experience for our customers. Our brand is very important and should be consistently communicated through our website, customer portal, and any internal/external collateral that we put into the world.What will I do?Customer design
Support Swag N Send customers (and potential customers) with designing their ideal Swag. Using customers' logos, imagery and brand guidelines, you'll design mockups of what their swag could look like on the products they've chosen.Digital design
Design the website and the customer portal in a way that aligns with the customer and brand experience and brand Swag N Send is trying to build and maintainSales & Marketing collateral
Work closely with our founders, social media and marketing team to design collateral (website landing pages, physical products, digital imagery, print) that can be used through all of Swag N Send's channels
