- Identify and engage key stakeholders, evaluate and identify unique and shared objectives.

- Lead change management efforts for clients, developing and implementing strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to build a shared understanding of the change vision and secure buy-in at all levels.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
- Offer strength in writing and communication for positive change.

- Execute change plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful implementation.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing support and guidance to leaders, managers, and employees throughout the change process.

- Develop and deliver clear and effective communication materials to keep stakeholders informed about changes, progress, and benefits.
- Design and facilitate training sessions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate the changes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
