The role:Pending on your skills and experience you will start within the surface workshop integrating into a well-connected team on site. Reporting into the senior leading hand and maintenance foreman on crew you will be responsible for;-

Undertaking scheduled and preventative maintenance, repairs, and fitting parts
Attending breakdowns, fault finding and diagnostic work, and providing technical support
Working on mostly Sandvik trucks, boggers and drills as well as more
Wonderful team culture on site with a relaxed atmosphere
Large workshop with concrete pads and overhead cranes, all under cover and shaded.

The Roster:Your choice of roster including 2/1, 2/2, 8/6 or 7/7 - 12 hour days including both day and night shift.

Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday flights into site
Fly in company time on day shift

The Mine Site:The mine is a 2hr journey from Perth and offers flights from Perth, Geraldton and Busselton. The contractor has been on site for several years and has a long-term contract with the principal on site offering long term job security.

En-suite rooms, with AC and good night shift shading
Extensive range of food options and a well-managed Wet Mess

Your skills and experienceAll experience levels are welcome however as a minimum you will be trade qualified in light vehicle or heavy diesel.

1-2+ years' experience working civil, road transport, agricultural or mining
Have an excellent attitude towards work and developing new skills
Be a team player and enjoy working with likeminded individuals
Can work autonomously and a willingness to "have a go"
Posses a safety first attitude
