- Part-time, 3 days per week (1day WFH)
- Financial Accounting support
- Recording all accounts payable invoices and processing payments on a weekly basis (Xero)
- Payroll tax lodgement for April and May and processing the payment
- Invoicing for customer orders (Spiffy Stores)
- Issuing invoices as required
- Bank reconciliation
- Assistance to the CEO relating to the organisation’s budget
- Assisting with setting up EOFY
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional Excel, Xero and CRM skills
- Sound and confident verbal and written communication skills
- A polite and professional manner
- Knowledge of not-for-profit sector highly regarded
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
