- Determining job requirements, screening candidates, and collaborating with the Heads of HR and other business managers on relevant hiring needs across EBOS Group divisions;
- Build and drive key recruitment initiatives to promote the businesses Employee Value Proposition, developing strategies to attract talent;
- Liaise with key stakeholders to determine recruitment needs;
- Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions;
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments;
- Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or similar (preferred);
- Prior experience working in a Talent Acquisition role doing volume recruitment;
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems;
- Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies;
- Knowledge of effective hiring platforms including Seek and LinkedIn;
- Experienced with screening candidates, compiling shortlists and interviewing candidates;
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends;
- Strong decision-making skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
