Reporting to the Senior Facilities Management Supervisor, your focus will be provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work to customer sites. It is also responsible for servicing customer sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.Key Responsibilities:· Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)· Configuration of Security, CCTV, Electrical and Third-Party Systems.· Diagnoses Fault and repairs on Security, CCTV, Electrical and Third-Party Systems.· Software load and Configuration of EBI Systems and other systems as required.· Programming of Security, CCTV, Electrical and Third-Party Systems.· Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.· Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell Systems leveraging off your Honeywell and Industry product knowledge to the service business and customers (existing and new). This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on implementation projects· Perform electrical maintenance activities and participate in the electrical shift roster· Contract Retention and New client contact· Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients, Customer surveys and NPS targets.· Site audits.· Effectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.· Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customersKey Experience & Capabilities:· Intermediate to High computer skills - Essential· Electrical license - Desirable· Cabling licence - Desirable· Fault finding knowledge - Essential· Security license or willingness/ability to obtain - Essential· Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment· At least three years' experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems, EBI products, Security, CCTV, Electrical systems.· Strong experience in Security, CCTV and electrical Systems including trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis..About UsThe world is changing.
