This Department works across the full spectrum of operations required of contemporary signals intelligence and security agencies.This Department is seeking an experience Change Support Officer to join their team for a long term opportunity within a secure working environment.SFIA Skills required for this role are as follows;

Major Responsibilities

Assist to implement the required activities to successfully enable change within a complex IT environment.
Develop change communications to enable users transition and acceptance of new IT capabilities.
Assist in engagement with a wide variety of diverse stakeholders with differing level of change maturity.
Collaborate and motivate Change Champions to ensure success of change activities.

Key Experience required

Experience in the Defence Intelligence community preferred.
