Job Description:Finance Director - CommercialAbout The RoleExciting opportunity for an experienced commercial finance leader to support the broader global finance team. You will be a trusted advisor to the business and partner closely with the C-Suite and the broader Hansen management team across multiple regions including Asia Pac, EMEA and the Americas. You will deliver insightful financial analysis and provide financial modelling support to assist with strategic decision making.About YouProven senior level experience working for an ASX listed entity. Experience in working with a geographically dispersed team with strong analytical skills and a successful track record of providing high quality financial reports, board packs and commercial insights. You will also have:

a customer service ethos, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
experience working with the C-suite and providing business insights driven out of financial data to drive business decisions.
ability to international travel to support local teams when required.

Key Responsibilities

Providing monthly financial analysis and commentary, sales/margin reporting on key projects around the Group.
Providing financial modelling support to assist with strategic decision making.
Key driver in supporting the Global Finance Director through the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Business partnering closely with the Presidents, supporting the sales team in managing and optimizing targeting financial results.
Evolving existing reporting frameworks and dashboards - both operational and financial performance.
Key liaison representing the Corporate Finance team in global bid reviews and ensuring Group margin is achieved.
Key contributor in due diligence in potential M&A transactions.
Involvement with the ASX reporting requirements including Half and FY reporting as well as supporting the Investor Relations function of the business.
