I am representing a market leading company in their search for a Bid and Business Development Manager to join their thriving team. They distinguish themselves through innovation, collaboration, and excellence, delivering high-quality engineering solutions for the future.The RoleIn this vital role you will be responsible for representing this organisation to clients and placing them in the best position to win tenders within the infrastructure sector. You will then build and nurture those relationships to explore further opportunities for growth. Liaising with internal stakeholders, such as project managers and design engineers, you will manage the tender process from beginning to end before handing over successful tenders to the execution team.About youYou are a dynamic, technically minded Bid/Business Development Manager with a collaborative approach. You will thrive on exploring the finer details, you will have strong external and internal relationship management skills, and you will have experience with technical tenders.
