- Communication to relevant stake holders (Internal and external
- Manage AR and AP ledger for service agents
- Conduct monthly contra processes for payment deadlines
- Ensure timely collections to meet monthly targets
- Oversee reconciliation processes with BPO for customer accounts
- Monitor credit limits, collaborate on credit decisions, and address claims
- Liaise with customer service team to resolve customer’s query
- Minimum 2 years relevant AR and Credit experience (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in customer service and collection practices, including legal recovery
- Result-oriented with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP experience (preferred)
