Project Manager - Commercial Interiors & Facades

• Report to the Director & Construction Manager
• Management of projects from conception through to completion
• Identify budgets, structure, and manage programmes.
• Represent the company as the point of contact to ensure the companies interest and ensure the project scope/scheduled and costs are maintained.
• Utilise Project Management software to track resources, products, and project progress.
• Have support from established Contracts Administrators, Estimators and Supervisors to achieve project goals.
• You will partner with your client to overcome any design and buildability issues.
• Ensure compliance, OHS and contract negotiations through the project lifecycle.

• Construction/Engineering Tertiary and/or Trade background
• Proven capability delivering Gov, Health, Education or infrastructure projects)
• Strong understanding of building codes, compliance and industry best practices
• Strong stakeholder management and value engineering capabilities
• Proficient in project management software (e.g Jobpac, Procore, Aconex and/or Microsoft Projects)
• Team driven and willingness to succeed with a strong passion within commercial/government sectors.
