Avec, a part of the Talent International Group, is currently searching for an experienced Business Analyst with a background in Technology.Join a rapidly scaling Project Delivery/Consulting company that provides a flexible working environment, clear career pathways and the opportunity to work on an exciting Portfolio of Projects across Australia.Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years Business Analysis experience
Technology understanding/background
Engineering/Lean disciplines - understanding/background
Project Management understanding/background
Proven track record in facilitation and eliciting requirement;
Leveraging Engineering and Project Management practices/methodologies to assist in developing amongst other things Project Plans, Cost Estimates and Resource Plans;
Developing Functional Specifications;
Developing and delivering End User Testing and Training;
Ability to analyse data, processes and systems and make recommendations to improve/deliver against people, processes, systems and practice related project objectives;
Strong documentation and administrative skills.The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
