In this role, you will oversee and maintain all aspects of our IT infrastructure and provide technical and administrative support to end users on 5 sites with our ANZ region. Support encompasses break fix, site projects, IT initiatives and compliance activities.Job ResponsibilitiesRole and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for local hardware and software solutions and provide guidance on applications
- Conduct image/reimage, break fix/hardware refresh etc of local IT hardware (e.g. workstations, printers, mobile phones)
- Provide hands on support for all local IT infrastructure for planned, unplanned, outages and turnarounds
- Assist and support Remote Desktop Support/Apps team on local applications
- Ensure IT end user support coordination is managed to end user satisfaction
- Supporting change management with a focus on service provider management
- Act as onsite contact and coordinator for dispatch technicians, outside vendors and service providers
- Assure communication to end users about IT Services including translation of IT related announcements
- Responsible for full end to end lifecycle asset management : Procurement to disposal
- Support inventory management including high value assets recording
- Provide support and guidance on mobile/data/voice line issues
- Support and participate in site projects, enhancements, IT projects, compliance projects
- Act as an IT representative and coordinator between business, IT and vendors
- Formal qualifications in IT and 5+ experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, Desktop Support or similar with a focus on end-user support and coordination
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Proven ability to work in a highly demanding environment dealing with conflicting priorities that requires initiative, flexibility, adaptability and high-level analytical problem identification/solving skills
- Highly motivated self-starter professional with a positive outlook and a hands-on approach
- Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook essential
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with strong communication skills both written and oral
- Strong documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Displays a commitment to quality and applies a thorough approach to their work
- Australian Drivers Licence essential
- Available to travel to all ANZ sites (approximately 25%)
