We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager - Australia to join our team based in Perth, Western Australia on a permanent full-time basis.About the RoleAs a HR Business Partner, you will provide coaching, advice, and support to leaders regarding people management across the employee lifecycle. This role will be dedicated to supporting our Advisory business (Genesis) and the Construction and Commissioning Department for Technip Energies, while partnering and collaborating with the broader HR team to achieve results that deliver and are aligned to our global People and Culture priorities.Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Understand the short/medium/long term business requirements and to determine the most appropriate HR solutions.
  • Lead and govern key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practice HR strategies, policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Manage transactional and operational activities for allocated business groups.
  • Participate and contribute to a range of global and local HR projects and initiatives.
  • Be the Australia focal point and lead initiatives for Talent Management and Inclusion and Diversity.
About youWe'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following requirements.
  • Relevant degree or appropriate experience in Human Resources.
  • Senior level HR generalist experience, preferably from a resources background.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary HR practices/legislation and their application in the workplace.
  • Ability to coach and influence a broad range of stakeholders and deliver results.
  • A passion for developing inclusion and diversity programs.
  • Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Industrial and employee relations experience.
