Purpose of the Job:We are looking for an operations associate responsible for managing and administrating the OPEX and maintaining operational excellence. (Facilities, cleaning and security)
He will have a proactive approach to Operational Standards, Safety, Communication and Cost ManagementResponsibilitiesManage & Administrative the OPEXManage payments to suppliers by uploading REQs in a timely manner.Resolve member tickets and requests aligned to WeWork Member Experience standards.Ensure the quality of service, aligning resolution times.Coordinate the cleaning team and the handyman of the buildings in your charge.Coordinate the Move in - Move out processReview offices and delivery conditions.​​Schedule necessary repairs for delivery.Relationship managementLow Complexity Custom Projects.Education Level & Work ExperienceBachelor (Architecture or Civil Engineer)2+ years experience in facilitiesExperience in Customer serviceEnglish (desirable)Technical knowledgeHVACElectricityPreventative MaintenanceExcelSafety compliance (fire alarms, water hygiene, lifts, fire extinguishers, F&B etc).Salesforce (Service Cloud)Walkthrough audit
