Senior People Systems Analyst - Systems & AdministrationThe Star Entertainment Group (TSEG) is a publicly listed company on the ASX. We will do this by embedding our values to lead the organisation with a focus on safer gambling and good business practices.Our properties across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney are world-class with many award-winning hotels, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.As our Senior People Systems Analyst, reporting to the Group Manager People Systems and Reporting, you will provide administration, maintenance, configuration and support to the technology that supports our People & Performance (P&P) functions.This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your analytical skills and knowledge of people data reporting to drive efficiencies across our systems!A few of your responsibilities:
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert within the team to ensure all technology is maintained at an optimal and efficient level.
  • Manage SAP system needs (EC, LMS, Performance & Goals) of the wider P&P department and identify, analyse and recommend business process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Generate and analyse data to provide people metrics and support board papers.
  • Engage with Senior Leaders, IT and external vendors to provide support and recommendations.
  • Manage end to end testing cycle from concept, design, testing and deployment to production.
What we will be looking for:
  • Experience in Success Factors modules (i.e., Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Talent and Succession, Learning modules).
  • Proven experience using a range of HR Technology including functionality and frameworks.
  • Experience in similar role in a large and complex organisation.
  • Highly developed competency with ERP systems and ability to interpret and analyse data.
  • Ability to think strategically, problem solve and forecast long term objectives.
