- Strong front of house presence with confidence to assess the room quickly and prioritise tasks
- Stock and labour cost control experience
- Team player attitude with the ability to build a great team culture
- Ability and willingness to work across weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent salary of $80-$85k + super negotiable depending on experience
