Specsavers has a friendly, supportive, and high performing Professional Recruitment Team based in Port Melbourne that provides support across three streams of the Professional Recruitment Department: Partner Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment and SRS Recruitment, consisting of twenty-eight team members.The Talent Program Consultant will be responsible for delivering the internal candidate pipeline of Store Partner approved participants. This involves collaborating with the Retail Support Teams to identify candidates, supporting each stage of the assessment process, mentoring candidates throughout the program and end to end delivery of career events across Australia and New Zealand.The skills we are looking for
  • Significant experience within candidate attraction and candidate assessment and selection within a high volume and fast paced environment
  • Previous experience with coaching and mentoring candidates
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engaging and influencing key stakeholders
  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience with event management is desirable
