The division employs more than 3600 team members.About the role:Join our Technology Operations team in this newly created role of SAP & Enterprise Applications Manager.Reporting to the Head of Technology - Operations, you will lead our SAP consulting practice and enterprise applications team. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service delivery within the SAP and broader enterprise applications domain.What you'll do:Team Development and Management

Lead and mentor the Applications, Development & Support team.
Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent for the SAP practice.
Establish clear performance metrics and goals for the team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer service.

Continuous Improvement / Innovation

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Drive the introduction of effective IT solutions.
Optimize Wesfarmers' Health technology investments.

Strategy

Develop and implement IT strategy to enhance business performance.
Lead the development of IT applications strategy and roadmaps.

Project Delivery and Development

Ensure the development of robust technology solutions aligned with Wesfarmers' Health's architecture.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP projects.

Applications Support

Maintain an efficient and effective Applications Development & Support team.
Ensure adherence to IT controls, policies, and processes.

What you'll bring:

Minimum of 15 years' experience in a senior IT management role.
Extensive experience (8+ years) in SAP consulting.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Deep understanding of SAP technologies and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience in Consulting and/or Commercial Management.
Proven IT experience in a multi-site national network.
Experience in contract and vendor development and management.
IT methodologies and frameworks certification preferred (e.g., ITIL, Cobit).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Relevant certifications in SAP are highly desirable.
