We are proudly part of Japan Post —Our ProgramAt Toll, our two-year Graduate Program is about developing future leaders across our business.As part of our Global Logistics division, you will gain experience across our Retail, Consumer and Automotive sectors specifically within warehousing and distribution while you complete up to four rotation placements and be exposed to business-as-usual activities and collaborative projects working across various functions.Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions (end-to-end or part solutions), warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.This will give you an introduction to Global Logistics and enable you to learn about how our sites operate, including how we manage our customers distribution services, how we help their speed to market and how logistics solutions are developed to support our customers’ needs.In addition to learning about and contributing to delivering our promise to our customers, you will be provided with tailored learning and development opportunities, with a focus on growing your leadership capability.
