To be successful in this role you are passionate about technology and love to work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver an exceptional 'service experience'. You understand the value and importance of IT to an organisation and can demonstrate the ability to analyse complex challenges to identify and implement a solution. You are well-organised, reliable and thrive working autonomously or in a team environment.Requirements

Superior knowledge of:

Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platform
MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
Active Directory
Windows Server 2016 – 2022
Windows 10/11 and Office Suite
Exceptional time management and organisation skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a large team
Excellent professional communication skills - face-to-face, phone and email
Outstanding customer service skills and a strong sense of empathy
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think outside of the box
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Good knowledge of network troubleshooting
Commercial awareness

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Relevant bachelor's degree level qualification
Certifications for the technologies listed above
MacOS knowledge
Additional Technologies:

Hypervisor (VMware, vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
Veeam Backup and Replication
Email Security (Mimecast etc.)
Sophos Endpoint Protection or XG Firewall
Microsoft SCCM or Azure Intune
Defence force experience is desirable
