MUFG’s shares trade on the Tokyo, Nagoya, and New York stock exchanges.For more informatJob DescriptionJob Description:IT planning VP would be working on resource management (Hiring), reporting on project Progress, Project Budget Utilization/Forecast, Expense Budget Utilization/Forecast, Resource Utilization/Forecast.Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall ASO planning working closely with ASO management and MES management
  • Managing resource forecast with support required in hiring process
  • Manage resource availability as per demand
  • Maintain and update status of active projects
  • Gather data about project progress and produce reports for management
  • Plan training of team members
  • Support IT development team by creating project plans, tracking resource utilization and documentation
  • Perform IT asset procurement, payment and asset capitalization
  • Compare actuals to forecast at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances.
  • Should have excellent reporting skills using either office automation tools or specific software.
Competencies Needed:
  • Agile project management
  • Experience in project budget, finance & progress management
  • Good to have Experience / Knowledge of DevOps
  • Have Project Management skills based on standard Project Management framework
  • Have experience of working with cross cultural work environment beyond India
  • Have a mindset and skills to solve issues by himself/herself
  • Matured time management skill to meet continuous deadlines
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Having excellent MS Excel and Powerpoint skills. MS Word is plus
  • Skills to create operation manuals and process flow by hands-on
Education level:
  • Any Graduate degree or above
Experience:
  • Minimum 14-15 years of relevant working experience in IT or related industry
