Our client is an industry leader within the Geotechnical Engineering space, providing a premium service for over 50 years. They are currently seeking their next experienced Laboratory Manager to join their Townsville team!Benefits:

- Management, leadership and ongoing training support of a small team of 5
- Hands-on testing and data interpretation of construction materials
- Prioritize and promote adherence to the company's safety culture and quality standards in all tasks
- Laboratory compliance management including internal and external audits
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Science or related discipline
- Hands-on management experience and capability
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
