Synaco are seeking an Industrial Painter and Blaster for project works in the NT to mobilise ASAP for a short term contract till the end of June 2024. The successful applicant will be engaged on an ongoing casual basis working a 13 days on 8 day off roster, predominantly day shift for the duration of this contract.FIFO points will be from Cairns or Darwin only and candidates who reside elsewhere are required to travel to and from their nominated FIFO point at their own expense. Meals and accommodation are supplied whilst on site. The hourly pay rate on offer is $52.50 for day shift plus 10% loading on any ADHOC night shift required. The shifts will be 12 hours in duration.Key Competencies- MUST HAVE
Certificate 3 in Engineering/Surface Prep/Fabrication
Confined Space Entry *MUST
EWP +11meters *MUST or willing to obtain
Working Safely at Heights *MUST
Manual Open Australian Drivers Licence
