Operating for over 10 years in Sydney, this expanding company has recently secured a healthy pipeline of projects and are looking to engage an Office Manager to join it's vibrant and successful team of fitout and refurbishment specialists.ABOUT THE POSITION.This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join a leading and award winning team of high achieving likeminded professionals. This opportunity is being offered on a secure full-time basis, ensuring successful candidate longevity and security in employment as well as the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of an already successful and thriving business operating for over 10 years in Sydney's construction industry.DUTIES.
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Organising meetings and managing databases
  • Organising company events and conferences
  • Ordering project materials and furniture
  • Processing invoices and dealing with client correspondence
  • Attending meetings with senior management
  • Liaising with subcontractors
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • General operations/admin experience in construction
  • Knowledge of office management and procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive can-do attitude
