Our client is a Global Leader in Mining Equipment Manufacturing and is a respected brand in the local market. We are looking for multiple Electrical Fitters to support their rebuilds section for strip, assessing and overhauls of Electric MotorsWhat’s Involved?

Strip, assess and rebuild of Electric Motors to underground mining standard
Use of precision instruments - micrometers, vernier calipers, feeler gauges
Recording data and paperwork to ensure compliance
Bench testing
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues if needed

What we’re looking for:

Trade Qualification - Electrical Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical
Minimum 3 years recent experience overhauling motors
Attention to detail and industry standards
Able to work in an autonomous role
Excellent work references that can support your application
Non Trade Qualified candidates welcome to apply

What we can offer you:

$57.76 / hour casual rate
Unlimited overtime available with penalties
6 AM - 3 PM normal working hours
Option to transition to permanent will proven ability
Maitland region based
Potential for 4 day week in the future
Ongoing support from your Randstad team
