- Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling
- Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales
- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
- Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
- Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales
- Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to source new business and customers and leveraging existing relationships to increase sales
- Experienced in working with CRM Systems, Google systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to cold-call & plan to sales territory
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
- Overnight travel to Cairns required (once per month)
- Able to travel to regional areas as sales opportunities require
