- Managing a diverse portfolio of claims for corporate clients or government clients.
- Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders meeting Allianz's service principles.
- Determining liability and timely assessment of treatment requests.
- Appropriately documenting claims decisions.
- Utilising claims management systems.
- Developing and implementing claims strategies that deliver positive and sustainable outcomes.
- Meeting key compliance and performance measures.
- Coaching and supporting newer team members.
- Experience as a Workers Compensation Case Manager or other personal injury lines.
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customer focused approach.
- You have the ability to handle difficult situations and whilst resolving complex situations in a timely manner.
- You are proactive with the drive to learn and develop skills.
- You have excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt when changes occur.
