Responsibilities encompass managing project coordination, conducting requirements analysis, overseeing user experience and design, milestones and approvals, publishing content, and facilitating user acceptance testing and training initiatives.Working closely with various stakeholders including Global External Communications, Regional Communications teams, Marketing Communications, Group Functions, and IT, as well as external providers, you'll ensure seamless execution of project tasks. This involves auditing and verifying content, aiding in website development, and orchestrating training and change management efforts to ensure widespread engagement and a successful launch.   • Facilitate comprehensive requirements analysis with global internal stakeholders
  • Manage change initiatives, including website design and branding alignment
  • Support content transition and publishing for the new website
  • Cultivate stakeholder engagement and oversee training efforts
  • Ensure content compliance and appropriate approvals
  • Act as a central liaison between IT, external partners, and Communications
  • Lead user training, provide ongoing support, and contribute to project reporting
What you will bring
  • Degree in Communications, change, or related field
  • Experience in stakeholder management and business partnering through change
  • Demonstrated skills in project management and digital channel builds
  • 3-5 years' experience in digital communications
  • Delivery of successful global website redevelopment project
