Join our CI Sales team as a Construction Business Manager!WesTrac is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to lead our Construction Industry (CI) sales team based at our Perth Airport Branch. As the Construction Business Manager, you'll be leading a team of Account and Customer Support Managers responsible for capital and aftermarket sales across a specified territory and market segment.Drive growth, foster customer relationships, and maintain our status as the go-to choice for equipment solutions.What's in it for you?

To be successful the following is required:

Tertiary qualification in either a commercial, engineering or marketing discipline; OR significant demonstrated commercial and business experience
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
Have advanced leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise at a high level and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
High level of initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence positive outcomes
Be able set and clearly communicate business targets and expectations aligned with WesTrac values
